Workers from Howard S. Wright Construction are hard at work transforming an empty space in the third floor of the Seventh Avenue Medical Plaza building into Tuality Healthcare's state-of-the art Breast Health Center. When completed and open for patients in early November, the center will provide patients in Washington County with a warm, inviting and comfortable environment for mammography exams and other breast health services.  more…
