Board of Directors
Members of the board of directors for the Tuality Healthcare Foundation serve on a volunteer basis. Directors serve for five-year terms, and may continue for up to 20 years, at which time they are elected to Emeritus status without voting privileges. Officers may serve up to three years (chairman and vice-chairman) or five years (secretary/treasurer).
